Delete in the app
Open Veil → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Veil may ask you to re-authenticate to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion is intended to remove your account and personal information associated with it, subject to limited retention that may be required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement and protection of other members.
Content involving others
Some records may remain in de-identified, aggregated or safety-related form. Messages or content already shared with another member may also remain where necessary to preserve that other member’s conversation history, safety records or legal rights, subject to applicable law.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, contact [email protected] from the account-associated email when possible. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
