Access or copy
You may request access to certain personal information associated with your Veil account or ask for a portable copy where applicable.
Correction
Many profile details can be updated directly in the app. For information you cannot edit, contact [email protected].
Deletion
Use the in-app account deletion flow for full account deletion. See Account Deletion for more information.
Consent and communications
Where a feature relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw that consent through app or device settings. Marketing email preferences can be changed using the unsubscribe mechanism in the relevant message.
Submit a privacy request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us the type of request and the account identifier you use with Veil. Do not include passwords, government ID or other highly sensitive documents unless support specifically requests an appropriate verification method.
